Terms of use

Last updated 2 October 2026

1. The agreement

These terms describe access to the paperxtrade website and its simulation features. Review them before creating an account or using the service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. They should be read with the privacy, risk and acceptable use notices.

2. What paperxtrade is — and is not

paperxtrade is a paper-trading simulation. Balances, margin, PnL, rewards and leaderboard ranks are virtual. The service is not a broker, dealer, exchange, payment institution, wallet custodian or investment firm.

Nothing on the service is an offer to buy or sell a financial instrument, a solicitation, or investment, tax or legal advice. Past simulated results do not predict live-market results.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your place of residence. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email and display name you submit, and for keeping your password confidential.

We may suspend or close an account that is inactive, abusive, or used to attack the service. Display names appear on public trader cards and the leaderboard; do not put personal data you want to keep private in that field.

4. Virtual funds, orders and the engine

Starting balances, daily claims, ad placeholders, review credits and streak rewards are simulated. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred out, or exchanged for money or crypto.

Orders, isolated margin, stop-loss, take-profit, liquidation and funding follow the engine rules published in the product. Markets may be live, delayed or simulated. When a quote is stale or a session is closed, new market orders can be rejected. We do not guarantee fill quality, uptime or that a simulated fill would have occurred at a real venue.

5. Market data

The service displays quotes from configured data services. Sources, update times and market sessions can vary. Quotes may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Provider terms may restrict reuse and redistribution.

A displayed quote is for practice and education, not a price guarantee for a real-money trade.

6. Community features

Profiles, leaderboards, posts, reviews, comments, groups and messages are community features. Public surfaces can show your display name and virtual activity. Share only content you have rights to use, and do not publish private information, harassment, impersonation or misleading investment claims.

Follow the acceptable use policy. Harmful content can be reported through support; features or accounts may be restricted to protect users and the service.

7. Acceptable use

You may not probe, scrape or overload the service beyond normal interactive use; attempt to bypass authentication or admin controls; impersonate others; or use the service to market real-money trading in a way that suggests paperxtrade executes or custody live funds.

8. Intellectual property

The paperxtrade name, interface, copy and software are owned by the operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial practice. You keep ownership of the reviews you write; you grant us a licence to host and display them on the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service can be unavailable, contain errors, or change as the simulation develops. A quote, simulated fill or leaderboard result is not guaranteed to be accurate, continuous or reproducible in a live market. Keep copies of records important to you.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update the product and these terms; the date above records the latest revision. Review material changes before continuing to use affected features.

Questions, content reports, account requests and disputes can be sent through the support contact form. Applicable mandatory law continues to protect your rights.

These pages describe how paperxtrade works today. They are product terms, not a substitute for advice from a licensed lawyer in your country.

Questions or a request?

Use the support form for questions, privacy requests, content reports or accessibility problems. Include the page and relevant details; never send your password.
