Changing your email

1. 01Open Settings and enter the new address.
2. 02We send a confirmation link to the new address, valid for 24 hours.
3. 03Until it is confirmed, your old address stays active and the app shows the change as pending.
4. 04On confirmation the address is switched and every other session is signed out.

Resending while a change is pending sends the link to the new address, not the old one. To abandon the change, simply let the link expire.

Deleting your account

Settings has a delete action that asks for your password. It permanently removes the account and everything attached to it: wallet, positions, orders, trade history, rewards, follows, messages, group memberships, mirrors, comments and notifications.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone — there is no grace period and no restore. A demo desk is separate: clear it by clearing your browser's site data.
