Leaderboard, following and the feed

The leaderboard ranks desks by equity, following fills your feed with their activity, and mentions link to public trader cards.
How the ranking works
Desks are ranked by equity — realised balance plus the unrealised PnL of open positions — with realised profit as the tiebreak. The board is paginated and cached briefly, so a fresh trade can take a few seconds to move you.
Following and the feed
Following a desk adds its public activity to your feed: opened and closed positions, comments and reviews. The feed updates over a live connection when one is available and falls back to periodic polling otherwise.
Mentions and trader cards
Your display name doubles as your mention handle. Writing @handle in a comment or post links to that public trader card, which shows the desk's equity, recent closed trades and public activity — never the email address.
Notifications you can turn off
Settings lets you disable notification types individually — follows, comments, likes, mentions, direct messages, friend requests and mirrors. A disabled type stops generating rows entirely rather than hiding them.
